Rules for Shows

1. All exhibits must be grown by the exhibitor, except in the Floral Art Classes, but which shall exclude artificial flowers.
2. All pot plants must be grown by the exhibitor, or have been in the possession of the exhibitor for three months.
3. No exhibitor may enter more than one entry in any one class
4. Children under 14 may exhibit free of charge.
5. Exhibitors unable to stage their own exhibits may appoint another person to stage for them, provided they notify a Committee member first.
6. All exhibitors must comply with Health and  Safety Regulations in force at the time of the event.
7. The Judge’s verdict is final.
8. Only Society members will be awarded trophies.
9. Trophies and cups etc remain the property of the Society.
